As Insights Director at The NPD Group, Dominic leads on much of the thought leadership within the company’s Foodservice practice. Overall, Dominic has more than two decades working in insights, market research and property consultancy with a strong focus on partnering with key clients. He has had regular input into business and locational strategy development, providing a wide variety of clients with value-added insight and consultancy.
Dominic has 15 years as a retail and foodservice expert, regularly providing market insights and analysis to TV, radio and broadsheet/ trade press. Dominic presents each year at some of the most prestigious trade shows in the UK including Lunch! and EuropeanCoffeeExpo among others.
