At the age of 30 I opened my first restaurant, Copper, in the sea side town of Warrenpoint. We operated for 8 years gaining national awards, Michelin recommendations and a dedicated customer following. In 2013, I created the Sugar Supper Club restaurant concept and opened with 2 partners in September that year. With minimal start up cash available, we quickly built a regular following and profitable business. In February 2014, I embarked on the journey to create Food Safe System and worked on it alongside Sugar Supper Club. During that time I created the first concept app and garnered investment to take it further. Since January 2016 I have focused solely on Food Safe System .
